About Me

Having been born and raised by ethnically diverse parents in multicultural Switzerland, I soon learned the importance of communicating and connecting with others.  Extensive travelling, learning about different cultures and becoming multilingual, has made me sensitive to different realities, concepts, traditions and forms of communicating.

After immigrating to California, I obtained my B.A. in Speech and Communication In San Francisco, CA.  Wanting to help people enjoy healthy relationships while living a more fullfilling life, I pursued my M.A. in Marriage, Family and Child Therapy in Los Angeles, CA.  In addition to valuing the written and spoken word, I have always been passionate about creating art – a process that expresses the language of the  subconscious.  Therefore, my studies include my M.A. in Clinical Art Therapy.

As a clinician and a registered art therapist, I have worked in diverse out-patient mental heath settings.  My focus has always been to help integrate body, mind,  and spirit to increase overall healthy relationships with self and others.  In addition to currently working in an in-patient psychiatric hospital, I have obtained my Life Coach Practitioner Certification from the Certified Coaches Federation.  Wanting to help others reach their goals of living to their full potential while experiencing more inner peace, harmony and success, and am currently beginning my private practice as a Certified Life Coach.
